To launch Ollie’s Jolly Christmas Lights, we’re running a one-time giveaway to give back to the community that’s been with us from the start.
We’re giving one Denton County homeowner a full, done-for-you holiday light install, completely FREE!
We’ll bring the lights, design your display, install them safely, keep them working all season, then take them down and store them for next year. (Value: $1,200+)
Why We’re Doing This
Every December, we see the same things:
Parents climbing shaky ladders.
Grandparents trying to untangle lights from the attic.
Families who want a festive home but don’t know where to start.
We want to change that for one household this year and hopefully for many more in the years to come.
Who Can Enter

🥗 Branded Bowls: Fast-casual Texas bowls concept from Marty B's restaurant group opens by September at Lakeside in the former Craft Pies Pizza location.
🦷 Sacred Smiles: New dental practice now open in Northlake offering comprehensive care from routine checkups to advanced treatments including IV sedation and sleep apnea treatment. .
🍔 White Castle: The iconic slider chain officially announced its first Texas location coming to Grandscape near Destination Drive and Grandscape Boulevard. Expected to open summer 2026, bringing the famous square burgers to Denton County.

🍽️ Giuseppe’s Bids Farewell After 30 Years
After three decades as a beloved community gathering spot, Giuseppe’s will close its doors on August 29. Owner Giuseppe Brownell and family express deep gratitude for the friendships, support, and memories shared with loyal guests and the City of Denton over the years. The location will soon undergo renovations and rebrand as an innovative new eatery, continuing the tradition of bringing people together over great food. Stay tuned for details on what comes next in this storied historic space.
